What is "remoting in?"  We use high-speed internet and a password protected system to access your Quickbooks.  We can do event (one-time passwords) or retain access for monthly work.  Its easy, secure and up to you.

Why is remoting in good for my business? 

Cost.  First you realize that you need only 6 hours of accounting per month.  Then you calculate the cost for someone to drive to your location, park, get in and get started.  You have the phone calls and emails of scheduling and rescheduling.  We've been there.  Now, we do have many clients we work with onsite and that is what they need.

Data Possession.  We prefer that you keep your data on your system.  File transfers back and forth leave a weak point for errors.  The wrong file could be saved, the good one deleted.  Transferring takes time.  We encourage and assist each client to have a nightly remote offsite backup, and you have data protection at all times.  See our suggested backup links.
