Last week you received your list of documents we need.  We sent it by email.

Since it is consistent, you had been keeping the documents in Phillips Business Management tray. 

You check off the documents you have, and go get a credit card statement and loan payment statement you are missing.

You fax them to us.  We receive the pdf file.

We remote in to your computer, and start working.  You can even see what we are doing on the computer screen!

When we are done, we print the financial statements directly to your office printer, along with a nice memo detailing your financial status.  We make some comments as to how you can improve your entries and some "learning items" for your clerk.

Payment is easy.  We either charge your credit card or email you the invoice.

Special Projects

You had called us for a special project.  Many clients call to have their last 6 to 18 months of Quickbooks brought up-to-date.  Some clients need errors fixed.  Others want advance planning. Here is what we will do.

Our Senior Quickbooks Expert will meet with you and/or you rstaff to understand your company's structure and workflow.

We look at your Quickbooks file and find the errors or areas to improve.  This could be your Profit and Loss Statement, your balance sheet or the way items have been entered.

We create a plan with you with specific outcomes desired.

Together we identify the objectives of the project.

Some objectives could be:

- Fraud and Theft prevention
- Cash Mangement & Cash Flow
- Accurate balances for bank accounts, loans, credit cards and more.
